Filling machine is a new project of NSJ from the beginning of 2008 till now. There are two parts of a filling line, Hydraulic Distributing Machine & Filling Machine. Here is brief introduction for you.
Part 1 Hydraulic Distributing Machine

Machine Frame: stainless steel frame, Plastic painted panel.
Filling System: The part that touches liquid is made of stainless steel SUS304, Pneumatic Filling, measured 100-500ml adjustable. During the filling process, tube rising, the filling access from the bottom of the tube, then tube get down slowly to avoid any overflow of material.
Tamponade system: After the pistons neatened by capper automatically, they are delivered to the trail of tube by slideway, finally the pistons are feed into the tube by cylinder.
Delivery System: Adopted 5-manipulator operation, the tube hold-bring out-displace-insert-return full-automatic. Accurate performed.
Control System: Adopted PLC control system, the man-machine interface adopted Touch Screen.
